Offer is an up to nineteen dollar ($19 USD) rebate on one (1) bag of NUTRO™ So Simple™ Dry Dog food, 4-4.5 lb. size and/or an up to three dollar ($3 USD) rebate on one (1) NUTRO™ So Simple™ Wet Dog single unit, 2 oz. (respectively, the “Qualifying Nutro Products”) size on purchases made from an online retailer or in-store at a retailer location between 9/22/2022 and 2/27/2023 (the “Program Period”). The purchase must be made during the Program Period and must include purchase of the specific Qualifying Nutro Product ) totaling three dollars ($3 USD) or more in a single transaction, visible on the receipt. The maximum rebate value is twenty two dollar ($22 USD). Purchases of one (1) NUTRO™ So Simple™ Dry Dog food, 4-4.5 lb. product and one (1) NUTRO™ So Simple™ Wet Dog single, 2 oz. product made during a single transaction may be combined to increase the maximum rebate value up to the twenty two dollar ($22 USD) limit. Purchases of multiple NUTRO™ So Simple™ Dry Dog food, 4-4.5 lb. products or multiple NUTRO™ So Simple™ Wet Dog single, 2 oz. products may not be combined to increase the rebate value, regardless of whether such purchases were made during a single transaction. Reimbursement does not include tax or other applicable fees. Receipt must be printed from the retailer’s point of sale system or a print screen of the confirmation email from an online retailer, with the product name, retailer and purchase date visible. Mars Petcare US, Inc. (“Mars Petcare”) shall have the right to reject any submission in which such information is not clearly identified. No receipt may be utilized more than one time for reimbursement. You must possess the original retailer receipt in order to make a request for redemption. All rebate requests must be submitted by 2/28/2023. Limit one (1) rebate per person. Offer is not valid on any other NUTRO™varieties or products other than the Qualifying Nutro Products. The rebate will be paid in the form of a payment via PayPal, Inc. or Venmo, Inc.
A receipt must be submitted to Mars Petcare (via chatbot on Facebook Messenger or SMS) no later than 2/28/2023. Message and data rates may apply. Limit one (1) reimbursement request per person throughout the Offer Period. The reimbursement will only be paid via PayPal or Venmo. Additional terms and conditions of PayPal or Venmo may apply. Offer valid only for purchases made in the United States. Void where prohibited. This reimbursement may not be combined with any other offer. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned and may result in forfeiture of original reimbursement request. Orders returned to the retailer are not eligible for reimbursement. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution. Employees of Mars Petcare, affiliated companies, retailers and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. We will not honor incomplete submissions. Mars Petcare is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected submissions.
If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, automated entries, fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other cause beyond the control of Mars Petcare that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Offer, Mars Petcare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the reimbursement process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer.
Mars Petcare assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, telephone or other communications malfunctions, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Mars Petcare is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or reimbursement request to be received by Mars Petcare on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading of any materials in the Offer.
